When your rental plan ends, we also uninstall and take away the iPads. Apart from this, we offer 24/7 tech support for the duration of your rental plan.

Q: Can I get software pre-loaded on before delivery?

A: Just give us the software you need loaded onto your iPads and we will ensure the job gets done before we deliver the devices at your venue.

Q: How are the iPads shipped to distance locations?

A: We take special care to ship the devices with reliable partners like FedEx, Airborne, or UPS. The shipping is paid for and covered by insurance by us.

Q: Do you have time limits for taking rental orders?

A: We can take your order latest by 3:00pm EST for delivery by the following day at 10:00 am.
